Our Story
Founded in 2013, MTS (Managed Telecom Services) is led by President Michael Chamblin and is part of Wicresoft North America Co. Ltd, a global advisory, solutions and operations firm.
We moved beyond staffing to a delivery-focused model, building an onshore and inshore network that delivers consistent quality, accountability, and SLA performance, leveraging globally distributed teams operating within a unified delivery framework. Clients have the flexibility to execute with 100% onshore resources when required, or to utilize our global teams to optimize scale, cost, and speed, without compromising quality or control.
